Everyone needs a little help from time to time and that’s where CCAP steps in. As a homelessness prevention program, CCAP is dedicated to helping clients stay housed while they navigate through crises.

If you’re a Winchester or Frederick County resident facing tough times and need assistance with finances, food, or clothing, we’re here to help support you while you get back on your feet.

Food Assistance

Visit the CCAP Food Pantry in Winchester for fresh produce, protein, and dairy. We provide essential hygiene and pet supplies to neighbors in need.

Neighbors can also access free, fresh food 24/7 at the CCAP Friendly Neighborhood Freedge. A community-stocked refrigerator in Winchester for sharing meals and reducing waste.

CCAP’s Unique Boutique

Shop with dignity at CCAP’s Unique Boutique in Winchester. We provide professional and work clothes, as well as many other every day necessities.

You can shop for professional clothing, safety gear (like steel toe work boots and slip-resistant shoes), eyeglasses, baby and toddler clothing and books, infant supplies, firewood for heating, and bicycles.

CCAP can help with rent, utilities, and car repairs in Winchester. We also offer financial assistance and self-sufficiency programs.
