Fran came in for kerosene to heat her house during a particularly cold winter. It had been so cold that she had been sleeping in her car as it was warmer than her house! In addition to kerosene, Fran received free firewood for her wood stove. She reached out to us later to say that her home stayed nice and warm that winter.

Food

Jim works for a local restaurant but struggles to make enough money to meet all his needs. Making ends meet can be difficult, but luckily CCAP is here to help! Jim comes to our well-stocked food pantry once a month to get fresh and shelf-stable foods. This helps him save money for other necessities like rent and utilities.

Clothing

Goodwill reached out to CCAP to connect us with Alex, a client with a job interview looking for clothing that would help them put their best foot forward. Alex went “shopping” at our Unique Boutique and found the perfect outfit to feel confident and professional for their interview (which they nailed, of course).
