CCAP Service Requirements

In order to become a CCAP Client you must provide proof of residency in Winchester City or Frederick County VA.

Clients can come to CCAP Monday through Friday from 9 am to 12:30 to fill out an application

Clients can also sign up using the application below.

• Applications are below, English and Spanish.  These are fillable documents so you can fill them out right here and save to your computer/phones and email to finance@ccapwinchester.com
• Must be a resident of the city of Winchester or Frederick County, VA
• Provide proof of residency (Ex: current lease/rent receipt, current mortgage statement or utility bill)

​Individuals with no fixed address (homeless) may receive exceptions of requirements
